making IE or firefox displaying web pages like safari ?

I've got a mac and a PC. I definitely love the way safari or firefox on mac are displaying web pages, with big fonts and a sort of cleartype.

is there a way to make IE or firefox on a PC to display web pages the same way ?

you can on firefox.

Tools>Options>Content>Fonts & Colors>Advanced

might make a few sites crappy, so remember your old settings just in case.

Or you can scroll to User Defined in the Region list, make the changes, and switch back to Western when needed.

and don't forget: ie7 under vista has cleartype.
