Thats what he asked. You might want to remove this since you don't have permission to release it.
AFAIK, the only Onyx Mstyle is by Jerry Yang (http://www.aqua-soft.org/board/showthread.php?t=37629), so if you modded his, I think you would also need his (Jerry Yang) and David Lanham's permission. (Guys, feel free to correct me)

lol.... i want to give some explaination of it..
the onyx theme was not mod form the amora.. it's only ported with the PSD files which given by DL(i don't know what or who is DL) by "syyoung" who is one of the member of PcPchina.and he(syyoung) made the theme and never release it cos it was only for himeself... just for fun...
but i didn't know the detail and conceived of it as another "released" and "moded" theme so i took it and to make some rework of it....
Attention please.. the theme(amora) was also port from the same PSD Files..but it was given authorization
