Changing SYS TRay Icons

Hi there, I have been trying to figure out how to change my system tray icons fo rlike 2 hours now. I have the resource editor and all the icon's just don; tknow what file to open and how to update it. if anyone could help, I woul dgreatly appreciate it. thanks
