That's the ONLY problem with them. Their detail at 128x128 is incredible. They just need to look well at 16, 32, and 48.

Both. My icon making skills are still pretty newbie, so it would be nice to have something to learn from.

I put all the bits and pieces in sets 
Though mine probably aren't the best to learn from because i flatten a lot of layers, such as the centre of the yellow cone, and all the different "finishes" come from the same .psd so none of them are still in there as they are in the actual icons, so i set it to show no finish when you open the file.
P.S. I'll try and make a few different sizes for all those complaining
