Creating a drop down menu of shortcuts

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't find it anywhere.

How would I go about creating an icon on RK Launcher that would produce a drop down menu that contained shortcuts of my choice - whether they're to programmes or other folders?

Sort of like a personalised start menu, I guess, but on the launcher.

Would I need to download a docklet for that, and, does anyone know which one would let me do that, and would be compatible with RK Launcher.
