Searching for a docklet

Hi everyone.

I'm pretty sure I've seen this before, but does anyone know of a docklet (for OD or RK) that allows you to set up a folder, and then have that expand so you can choose other ones in side of it? It displays a semi-circle of selectable options that you can scroll around. For example, I want to make a folder that would something like "Communication" and put in stuff like Google Talk, AIM, MSN etc. and another folder with 'Games' or 'Video Editing Applications'
