hi, i have been trying to make this guy a cd cover but it just doesn't look good enough, , all the writing needed is on there, could someobody please improve it. i dont no wat could be done but it isa litle boring so adding things in might help.

The quality of that picture is way to low to make anything decent with in my opinion. You're better off starting from scratch.
P.S. I can't actually read some of that font... What does it all say?

I agree with CDi2, a hi-res image would be a good start.
