Split - a simple file splitter with leopard look

just a simple file splitter. It has a leopard look.I compiled it with VB6 and the package includes the most essential components(from M$). Visual basic 6 Runtime required.

Split and join files are two basic functions.

Has a few settings

added a small about box.

Sorry I forgot remove aquacontrol.ocx although it doesn't actually need it.

now I recompiled it and uploaded it again.
