aquay header

been tinkering with my blog today and i've been trying to make a header for it.

i'd quite like a rounded corners, reflected font, glassy effect header. no idea how to do it though. any help?

there must be a tutorial about how to do this somewhere, but i can't seem to find it for the life of me!
