User Icon Folder

I have the Mac OS X user icons installed but I want to know the folder that contains all these icons so then I could delete the Windows icons. I don't know if this is the right place to put this in but is it possible to rename a program (eg. Firefox) and rename it to Safari?

I wanted to rename it show in OB it would show up as Safari instead of Firefox... and I don't want to rename just Firefox... I have other programs like Trillian that I want to rename to iChat AV
