Hi,
I downloaded RKL yesterday so I am new at this (not that its all to hard to figure out) and Im sorry if this has been posted about but I looked and could not find.
Anyways, I go to set the behavior and hide the taskbar which works for a while but then randomly the taskbar will simply reappear. How can I prevent the taskbar from reappearing?

Try right clicking on the taskbar-->Properties and tick the "Auto-hide the taskbar" tickbox

That does make the taskbar minimize down out of site when its not in use, but it will pop up whenever a new program opens or I go to use the RKL bar (RKL bar being positioned on the bottom of the screen).
What I am talking about is completely making the taskbar invisible, like checking the Hide The Taskbar box in the settings-->behavior. Which works for a while and then the taskbar reappears randomly and I have to uncheck then recheck the box to make it go away again.
