The best way to run streming video is by using either Vegas Video 4 or Adobe Premiere 6.5 and haveing them automatically render out your projects for 56K and High-Speed formats. I would suggest using a High-Speed format of 256K/Sec because not all DSL goes above this, but most wont go below. Although both Adobe and Vegas will render out Real Audio and Video, I dont like supporting real for the fact that there Player is a mess and a half and that it seems to be fading out as the time goes on. I normally throw out videos in Quicktime 5 and Windows Media 9. Windows Media 9 has the best quality out of the 3 and its always nice to just have quicktime as a "lightweight" option, because WinMedia 9 is HUGE!
