Create Window Top in Photoshop

Hello all,

I'm trying to mod my current VS (eternal) to match with my system's theme. I've contacted Duyvan82 and Susumu asking them for the resources of the theme but I haven't got anything back yet. So now I'm trying to start from scratch and recreate the VS but I can't really make it look like the original version. So if any of you have the resources and/or know how to create the top part of the windows in photoshop please help me out. Thank you!

If your going to use other people's resources you may as well get your screenshot on & crop what you want.
