How can I create "My computer" & "show desktop"?

Now I have icon "My computer" with link "explorer.exe", but it doesn't work =( It's always with arrow at the bottom(i think because of explorer.exe process is always run).

Please, help me =) BTW, I am using ObjectDock from Flyakite 3.5.

"My Computer"

Create a shorcut of explorer.exe drop it in your dock and use the following argument

file:///::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}

"Show Desktop"

From the Quick Launch Toolbar rightclick the Show Desktop then Send To Desktop(create shorcut) .

After that drop it in your dock .

Or for my computer (or other folders like mydocs), you can drag the icon in the addressbar onto the dock.

Thanks a lot. It helped.

But now I have another problem with performance. After booting when I try to start any application(even Taskbar with ctrl+alt+del) nothing happens. Then after about 1 or 2 minutes all applications appear at 1 moment and further work is ok. This problem appeared after ObjectDock installing =(
