How do I download this cursor?

I recently downloaded the Alienware Invador theme, and I wanted a cursor to match it. I looked on Google and this is the one i like :

But I dont kno how to download it. I download it, unzip it, then it opens up a folder with 2 things, a notepad and another one that says i need "FILExt". I downloaded FILExt but it doesnt do anything.
