I am trying to place ads on my forum with this skin but where ever I post them, the background becomes blue.
Where can I put ads (In what template?) so that ads blend into the forum and they dont stand out too much?

Go to Admin panel > Forums & Moderators > Forum Manager > Short them in order (Display Order) like 1, 2 3, .....

Yes, and no you do not have to donate to receive updates. Once you donate your account gets access to the skin forums, where updates are posted.
Current version supports vb3.6.4 so.
I asked this because I've donated at last September, but I cannot see the skin forums.
Now I donate again. 
Would you please tell me where the skin forums located?

Could you please tell me where i can change the text for the buttons like "new reply" in bottom of the threads? And also for " Edit | Quote | Reply" at the bottom of each post. I have a french board and these are the only last elements in english.

There should be a folder in the zip with PSD templates for the buttons.
As for the Edit Quote.... labels, you have to edit the postbit and postbit_legacy templates.
I noticed something else: the user titles don't appear anymore. Could you tell me how to make them appear again please?

@Timan, I'm getting the same result when I use IE 6 at work. It happens with both the New Thread and Reply buttons. After a few seconds the problem almost goes away apart from the small square in the bottom left hand corner under the button.
Sorry for the crappy shot, gawd I hate MS Paint.
