Practical uses, I think CAD, image processing, engineering applications, everything, just got a huge new tool. Making building designs and searching through them to see how seamless they are has just gotten much more intuitive.
That's the coolest interface ever!

I've already seen a multitouch panel like this, but the important thing is applications that make the most of it. Anyway, I WANT IT, this is gone be soooo sweet in 3ds max or Rhino.

This is brilliant, for everything. Not just design, animation or viewing the earth but significantly makes everything using computers better.

That is pretty impressive, I can't imagine the utilisation of this tool, you can do so many things with that technology.
