Get permission and you're golden! Looks good. Just check with the author of the original iTunes skin and, if possible, susumu himself.
Aren't ya gonna tell him that the image exceeeds the allowed limit? ;p
Nice skin ya got there, not my taste but it looks flawless 
Oh.... yeah. I'm on my WIDESCREEN MACBOOK PRO so I don't notice silly things like that.

um its got quite a couple of errors that u might have 2 fix
the closing and minimizing window doest work at all and the quality of the whole skin aint taht great but if u fix all of these it will look great keep it up 
There's nothing like a bit of critisism is there eh?
Anyway, ive just moved house, ISPs and now itunes 7 is out.. Arrrgh...!
I'll get round to finishing this off very soon..
