Suggestions for skins/icons etc

I'm not trying to make my PC look like OS X right now, I just want it to be different (Anything but luna)

Right now I am using KoL's Thallos theme and his Strange World IV (I think) wallpaper. (Modified by me to fit on a single display and to be darker)

I would just like suggestion on any other skins, icons, etc I mgith like. I mainly want to find a good icon set that will cover my whole system, as many of my apps as possible and preferably a set where I can make my own icons (using a blank file type icon, etc or a PSD)

Also any suggestions for other themes. I like ones that are mainly one colour with bits of other colours (Thallos for example is dark grey/blue with some orange parts) I like the Vista skin but I just couldn't use it all the time, it just doesn't work for me.

If you have any suggestiosn for icons, skins, cursors etc that would be great.
