Moving close/maximize/minimize icons to the right

I have read through several tutorials on emulating the Mac look and feel on a Windows XP machine, but I am very new to this game. I love the look and feel of the close/maximize/minimize buttons on the left side of the toolbar rather than the right. Is there any program other than WindowsBlinds that offers this functionality. WindowsBlinds does not seem to play nice with alot of the Apps I need to run for work. Thanks.

The other choice is called "ShellWM" but it is VERY buggy and it may crash suddenly. If you have apps that doesnt work well with WB, you can use "per application settings" to prevent WB to skin those.

Sheesh, we just had another thread like this, and I believe Khalua answered that one too. ShellWM is the only other app known to do this, though I don't find it too buggy. You can Google for it...there are also a few OS X skins out there if you take the time to look.
