Sometimes when I open a window and have objectdock running, the window covers everything but 2 currently running icons, is there a way to fix it?
Also, is there any way/program that can hide object dock for a couple seconds or even more for certain tasks like checking the load stats on websites or getting to the last files in a folder?
this happens to me as well
it almost seemed last night that the icons that were appearing were the ones I was using at the time...wierd! 
yeh it only happened to the programs I was using at the time also

I've seen this as well. Usually, just clicking on the application title bar will place it on top of the OD objects that are peeking through.

I have closed the dock,relocated it,tried show desktop,clicked the objectdock exe agai(tells me that it's already open) and it still doesn't fix it.
This doesn't happen right away, usually takes a while to happen.
I'm having the same problem as well (even with the new 6.5 build).
Other instances of this happening occur if you open winamp 2 with the dock and then open any other program...say Internet Explorer (for example). If winamp 2 is opening in an area where it will overlap with the dock...the dock icon for Internet Explorer will be on top of winamp 2 but the backgroud layer will go behind winamp 2.
Pretty much, the problem is that ObjectDock needs to be on top all the way over all other programs.
Shouldn't all these posts be under BUGS above (pinned) ????????
