Icons return to default

When I drop a new shortcut into the dock, I can see the icon of new application in the dock of couse. However after I reboot the OS, the new icon returns to default "My computer" icon instead of a new application's. (I am talking about Microsoft Outlook)

Would someone let me know

1, How can I avoid this?

or

2, Where can I find Outlook icon in my PC?

The Office shortcuts are somewhat irregular, never working as supposed. You should change the target by right clicking, selecting "Dock Item Properties" and putting in the path for Outlook.exe in the Link field.

That will fix the shortcut, and most likely the icon. However I suggest you use a png icon, since they llok much nicer.
