Convert JPEG Image

Hey...

I have tried to convert this jpeg image into a PNG icon with transparency, but it doesn't seem to work. I used IconWorkshop since it suppose to have the capability, but it turned out just as the jpeg looks.

Why dont you just use Photoshop and type the number 2 in and add a glow the same color as the number....
