Styler Toolbar problem

Everytime I run Quake 3, and return to desktop, styler toolbar will be messed up, and will either show through to my wallpaper or show like a screnshot of Q3. But if I remember where the buttons are they still work (but I cant see them).

Anyone know whats up? It was not doing this before I formated this morning. Using same gfx drivers etc. Help

OK I have found that if I set my refresh rate in the nvidia control panel to 75Hz instead of my normal 85Hz, when I return to desktop from Quake 3, Styler Toolbar no longer screws up. ( I have Q3 set at 85Hz, in q3config).

Anyone know why it would do this? I have tried multiple nvidia drivers with the same result.
