Taskbar problems

Everytime I click on Object Bar and RK Launcher a new taskbar appears behind the orginal taskbar in the bottom-center of my screen. And all the new taskbars appear with the settings I tweaked in Object Bar. RK Laucher won't lauch.

Intel Processor III

Everything thing else works great.
