When I press the msn icon in the RH launcher bar i*m getting a message like this(translated by me from swedish)

Just right click on the icon and select dock item properties and change the link to C:Program FilesMSN Messengermsnmsgr.exe. It should work well now. IF the link i gave you isn't correct just try to find were msnmsgr.exe is at and link it to there. Hope this helps.
