Customizing Windows Mobile 5?

Has anything done any customizing on a Smart Phone? Just got the Moto Q and trying to figure out how to change the Home Display, and maybe the Icons and what not. Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm...I'm running WM5, but not the smartphone version so the programs I use will not work on your smartphone. However, try going to http://www.smartphonethoughts.com forums as they have a section called "The Mod Zone" and "Software" where I'm sure you'll find a lot of what you're looking for.
