[Release] Four New Windows System Files

I noticed that there were several icons in Windows that Iceman's system files failed to replace, so I went ahead and modded a few myself. With pack's new system file pack, a few may be replaced but who knows, at least you can use them now and maybe find a use for them. Without further adieu:

AudioHQU.cpl - Iceman's actually did not replace this icon. Use this if you have a Sound Blaster card (Live!, Audigy, etc..) Icon copyright Rad-E8.com

odbccp32.cpl - I have this weird, useless Control Panel icon called "Data Sources (ODBC)" icon there. So, modded it's .cpl file to use a prettier icon. Icon copyright Apple computers.

SanCpl.cpl - If you use SiSoftware's Sandra application, replace this file with this one to change the icon it puts in Control Panel to a much more attractive one. Icon copyright Apple computers.

user32.dll - Everyone hates Windows error messages, but this might make them more bearable. This replaces the icons Windows uses in its error messages to the ones in OS X. Icons copyright Apple computers.
