Creating Great Aqua Effects?

Hi,

Do any one of you guys know any great "Aqua" effect guides/tutorials that look very cool, similar or exact to those that appear on "Mac" style icons? I've been trying for a while now to achieve this effect, but it's not working. If I find any aqua tutorials, they are totally for beginnners and the effect looks so unreal and it has such a bad taste. Thanks, any help will be appreciated.
