reinstall the docklet and try it again. Did u changed sth in the *.ini file? if so try to make it like in the beginning, otherway go to http://dockex.com/index.php?pageId=docklets#details and download it again

Did you turn off the Windows recycle bin? If so, how? Try re-enabling it for the time being and run the docklet and see if it works then. If it does, it means you have to use a different way to disable the Windows-native bin.

Yes, this is a random stab, but did you change the icon for the recycle bin? (You know how betas can be)

If you want to get rid of the recycle bin on the desktop, look at this thread:

I think you just trusted the wrong people showing you how to hide the recycle bin from desktop

Try the latest beta instead of the latest nightly.
N/m. Finally got it working. I just completely deleted it and re-installed. Works fine now. Thanx for the help
