iTunes characters jumbled

Take a look at this. That's what itunes looks for me. I didn't do anything in the past few days except add the character set to the taskbar (with the flag) That's the only app that i've seen this happen in.

that happened to me when i accidentally replaced lucida grande with a different lucida grande (one i downloaded from the internet).

in itunes, go edit|preferences|multiplugin|general. from there, you can change the title font and the main font. when you replace lucida grande with the special character set version of lucida grande, that is a system-wide change. i guess itunes/multiplugin doesn't like that font. so, change the itunes fonts to something else. then again, i've never heard of this problem spanning to firefox. try typing something in msword using that font and see what it looks like.
