It's all there. Now it's only a matter of time before someone makes an XP theme of the same nature for me 
New Vista Standard Theme
Don't count on it for a while, most users that create the vista themes use the resources from the actual OS build.
So until microsoft release the build I don't think we'll see a few if any themes like that.
Geez does it hurt your eyes too? Can you see jagged edges on titlebar corners? I mean YUCK

I think it's pretty funny how the Standard and Basic themes don't even adhere to the UI guidelines Microsoft designed for Vista. Why is it that the close program button in the Standard and Basic themes is the same size as the minimize and maximize buttons?

That's not really an excuse as far as UI is concerned. The only tweaks they've done for the past few months is graphics-related; introducing selectable colors for Aero's glass frames, tweaking the frost look of Aero's glass, introducing this new Standard theme...
I just think it's funny, that's all.
That's quite fugly in my opinion, at one point Vista looked alright... but now.. no way I'm updating. When it'll be time for me to upgrade my PC / update OS etc... it's gonna be OS X all the way

i like it. seems like an improvement over the previous Vista Standard theme.
It's cool to an extent. My system doesn't support Aero glass so that's totally uncool and leaves Vista absolutely useless for me, haha the plain theme is a disgrace i think and certainly needs to be removed immediately by any non-Aero vista user.
it only works if the bottem part of explorer stays at the same shade of lite blue. but the green toolbar looks funny now :/
