Visual Style Skinner needed

I developed a concept for a VS, but the main problem is, I am helpless at developing one, I have tried many times but the more advanced ares leave me confused.

So I hereby ask all the Visual Style skinners here to consider developing this VS, and those who would like to see this skin released to find an experienced skinner willing to create it.
