Will Someone Creative Help Me Out?

I'm in the process of making a website for my dad, but the logo I scanned in from his letterhead sucks... it's too plain and stuff... i'd do it myself, but i'm not all that great at creating stuff, just manipulating pictures and stuff...

will someone who's good w/ this kind of stuff design a new one for me? thanks!
