cPanel & FTP web creation...

I think this may be my first help topic anyway i have a site, and soon a forum will up properly!

But i need to set up the index of the site and add pages ect…

How do i do this ?

Also it would be cool if anyone could help me create a website skin & matching forum skin for IPB 1.3...

I put hxxp:// instead of http:// just incase it is illegal on the board
