I had this Problem with my iFox-Theme too.

Just rename the "rounded.css" to an other name (like "no_rounded.css") This works!

It's located at "ifox-2.3-fx.jarglobalsubskin"

I also noticed another problem. When you're using the rounded one, the ends are not outlined the same way when you're at a secure site (green background). Same goes for unsecure (red bg).
