I am looking for anyone who can put together a visual style (msstyle) windows theme. I have designed the mock up, and am looking to hire someone to make it functional. This is the preview:

very much like it, thank you, and i'll probably download that, but the point of this one, is its a present for my graphic website to the members, so thats why i'm willing to pay for it to be done.
I have started making this visual style and I've found that in the border of a tabbed window (ie. the background tab of the properties window) the border cannot be rounded. This is because Windows just resizes the image and it looks dodgy unless it has sharp edges. I'm going to make them sharp unless somebody can tell me how to let windows resize it differently or something.

EDIT: i just realized you can have rounded edges. I just needed to change where is stretches the image
Ok, I'm making progress. The theme now has the title bar and close, max and min buttons. and the border for tabbed windows.

Sorry once again, I just realized I had posted in the wrong section and made a new thread knowing the other one would be closed. Wuzzie is working on this for me, which is very kind of him, and if anyone else too would like to work on it, please notify me.
Yes I used part of it as a base, and then created the rest from scratch based around some other themes I liked.

It looks good, the curved edges are turning out well, the middle highlighted block looks nice how its rounded, please keep me updated.
Ok, sorry last night the screenie wouldn't upload. Anyway, now the titlebar is finished (a few problems that I could probably fix easily) and there are buttons. For some reason there are white lines on either side which i am trying to get rid of... :S
I'll keep you informed.
Your mockup was based on other skins?
If that's the case it will make the job a lot easier. You'll probably need permission from the author though.
Hey, what other themes did you get stuff from?
Can you PM me with what parts (ie. scrollbars) from what theme, and what stuff is new.
The only things I didn't make are things taht you can notice from the iversonRB theme, so you can look and work off that if you'd like. The other stuff I took from designs I liked, but made them from scratch.
ok... the inversonrb theme is a little darker than your mockup... is this ok or do you want me to change it?
I definately prefer it match my mock up as closely as possible in all aspects, especially color though.
