How can I make the dock always tunr on when I log into WIndows?
Add the dock to your "Startup" folder.
I.E. - If it was RK Launcher, create a shortcut to RKLauncher.exe and paste it in the Start > Programs > Startup folder. Next time you login it will automatically load.
In Options tab of RKLauncher proprieties select Run/Start with Windows.
