Installing RK Launcher

I've already downloaded the rk launcher, but when I click en the .exe file a message appears saying that gdiplus.dll is not found, waht can I do? Thank yoou!

If you're using Windows 2000, you'll have to google for gdiplus.dll, download it, and stick it in system32 (in C:WindowsSystem32).
