Well I think you will have to ask himself for proper information.He may add the "minimize oit animation of the windows out of the dock wich was requested by , i think, many people.You can look through the RK launcher Request forum,to make sure.he also may add an improved bounce effect of the icons but I am however not shure about this too.

Also post in the Feature Requests thread, and show us what effects you have in mind.
For now, i think Raduking will be kept busy improving the features added in the latest versions, or to solve bugs people encoutered.
Or, probably, he'll keep singing in his musical complex ( i saw the videos, nice work =D ).

it won't be affecting performance but it'll look nicer
With a new algorithm the magnification might go even smoother and thus making the app nicer and better.
