Just a single question :
Are we allowed to use the Apple logo on our theme/vs - as themers/creators and users ?
And to change its original form/proportion (the logo on Eternal is different to the original theme of OS X, which is different to... for size and proportion)

Ok, when you say "on your theme" where exactly do you mean?
If you are refering to using it instead of the windows logo on the taskbar then I'd say go for it, most other skinners making an os x-like theme do it.

No you can't. For you to be able to use the apple icon you must make a private plea to Steve himself, further more you must offer your soul to Morning Star, and sacrifice 4 kids (baby goats).

Yea, I'm pretty sure the use of the apple logo, is probably not on StevieJ's list of Highest threats.
It is illegal but apparently Apple doesn't care (nor they should care since AS in particular has the biggest switch rate i've ever seen

I second Umby, i'm a true 'switch' convert, thanx to AS and its themers.
Many themes have apple logo on the taskbar, bootscreens, logins, icon sets even... I wouldnt worry about it at all.
Although you might want to be cautious if you're going to create an all over theming utility, such as flyakite which promises a 'mac experience', thats starting to tickly Jobs' nose...
It depends on where and how you use it, I guess.
Take Apple's default folder icon, for example. Apple would be much happier if you designed your custom folder icons based on this one, rather than try a different design.
In case of themes, it's always nice to have an Apple logo on the Apple menu button.
.. according to microsoft every theme applied using anything but styleXP/ winblinds is illegal anyway so i wouldn;t sweat it I think it would come under fair use.
