I might be wrong but i have a feeling that it's not photoshop, just a long exposure photo with some kind of sparkler. Actually looking again, one of the tags is "long exposure" so i'm pretty sure!
That was my thought too but you can create that effect.
My thought was that it could be done in PS somehow, that's why I asked. And if it can't be done, then it can't be done.
anyone seen the "neon" special effect in paintshop pro? its incredibly similar, just another colour...
