My computer, as the title says, runs very slowly with Flyakite installed. I have an AMD Athlon Barton 3200+, about 6 gigs left out of 140 (without flyakite installed), 1024 MBs of RAM, with about 540 being used...Any help?
Really slow
I have 768mb RAM and its using about half all the time, Post what processes are taking up the most, and we can tell you if they're a part of flyakite or not.
Well, without looking at task manager (and that I don't have it installed right now, because I had to uninstall so my computer would stop being so slow), I mean I have Steam, mIRC, Trillian, Winamp, and Xfire running at least 98% of the time.
How can you uninstall Task Manager? And even if you could (i.e, simply deleting taskman.exe), I don't think it significantly affects the speed of your computer.

I didn't. I uninstalled flyakite.
...? So you still have the Task Manager, but uninstalled FlyakiteOSX?
Try cleaning out the registry. FlyakiteOSX's uninstaller doesn't do a very good job, so try doing a clean up of the registry and see if it runs faster.

Nonono I'm saying flyakite runs slow. OK lemme rephrase this....When I install flyakite and after I was done drooling at the awesomeness of it...I noticed that my computer had slowed down some, but I paid no attention and started up my regular program. I then started noticing that minimizing and maximizing was not nearly as smooth as it was before flyakite was installed. Eventually, it would take a whole minute for a window to maximize or minimize and thus my computer didn't completely freeze, but it almost did.
No...lol. Ok when flyakite was installed my computer was slow. ONLY WHEN FLYAKITE WAS INSTALLED WAS MY COMPUTER VERY SLOW, AT NO OTHER TIME. Yes flyakite is uninstalled so my computer can be fast once again.

nvm fixed by using tuneup utilities
It most likely was Yz's Shadow causing the slowness, it is packaged with Flyakite
