1.) Hi folks. I have a question:
Thing is; I wrote a little tool, the core is a batchfile, and during installation it runs the UXTheme Patcher neowin version / or the universal UXTheme patcher. Now I wanted to make this tool public as a freeware tool without any costs. Is it legal to do that? What about the licence? May I give the tool to everybody?
I would be happy if you can answer me this question.
sorry for the bad english, by the way, the tool is german, and theres only a german version, and its a little crappy tool I wrote for fun.

2.)
I downloaded ca. 25 themes from belchfire.net (good looking with a .theme file), put them in a folder (and changed some of the wallpapers, cause they sucked), and my tool does following:
It tells you what it does (in german, hope to do one version in english if I have the permission to make the tool public) and what is required (system), it also tells you how to use the themes if you don’t know). If you click install, a batch/cmd file copies the themes and their subfolders to the %win%/resources/themes folder, and then it runs the UXTheme Patcher neowin version, then it restarts the system, and you can use the themes.
That’s all. A crappy simple little tool, that I wrote in school (cause I don’t like StyleXP&Co), like I said, just for fun. I Don´t want to Make money.
I need permission for the themes, and the guys from neowin/UXTheme Patcher
(or flyakites universal theme patcher) permission first, so I can give the tool to anyone, and upload it at a ZeroXP homepage.
I don´t want to get in any trouble with the copyright law or something…
Greetings
