Maximizing Windows

How do I make my open windows maximaze to the point RKLauncher starts cause right now I have RKLauncher always on top and when I maximize a window it just goes under RKLauncher instead of stopping.

And are there anymore ways to get the Genie Effect to work. I read all the post about how to get it working but it still doesnt work.

You can use xBar to define the desktop area to exclude the area used by RKLauncher.
