Which do you guys prefer?

also i've noticed a lot of you guys with new icons, is there anyway to install these icons without going through them manually? what software do you guys use and can anyone recomend some icon sets for my desktops?

Well, as icons go, a very simple software to use is Iconpackager, by Stardock. It's not free, but there's a crapload of icon packs for it, and it's easy to make your own, so I'd recommend it.
