How to use Visual Styles?

I downloaded an MSStyle. Now how do I install it? In an RTF file included in the WinRAR archive, the following statement was written.

To use the Visual styles , you need Patched uxtheme.dll . If you don’t, use the universal uxtheme patcher provided.

What do I do now? I am a ****ie here. Please help me!

I'm not sure, but the patch (Universal UXTheme) is made by flyakite.

You can find it at FlyakiteOSX, section Downloads.

Just apply this patch and double click on the VS (MSStyle).

Yeah, you need to patch UXTheme.dll, and then copy the visual style folder to C:/WINDOWS/Resources/Themes.
