Aqua-Soft Forumshey so ive downloaded the elements icon set..i add the icons to the RK lancher bar thingy..get all the links working..yet when i close the RK program/or restart...the icons go back to the original ones...i have gone into the settings and clicked save changes........... yet is still is happening...any ideas guys?

I suppose you're dragging the icons you want to the dock, then changing their links.
Do the following: Insert the shortcut you want on the dock, then right click the icon >> Dock Item Properies >> Check Custom Icon >> Change Icon and choose the icon you want.
You might also want to see if Saves changes on exit, Saves items on exit and Saves items on changed are checked in RK Launcher Settings >> Behaviour tab.
Remember first you insert a shortcut then set the icon
