Objectbar tutorials

Hi,

is here anybody who knows a site who puplish any tutorials for Objectbar? I want to create my own bar based on the macskin, but im to stupid to figure out who it works , first of all the linking from a menue to any application and some grafic changings.

And I don´t want to spent al lot of time to find the right files for changing. A helpfile is also welcome but tutorials are more welcome .
