no, that's not vista. start menu isn't right, logon isn't right and is shown on the desktop, so it's just a bmp. window drssing isn't right. and all the vista beyas have the windows version on the desktop (prolly removable via a reg hack). (i'm writing this via vista beta 2 and ie7. ms is fun!!)
